Eric was owner and Principal Consultant of Creative Benefit Concepts, where he managed healthcare programs for large self funded and insured employers in both public employee and private business sectors.
Eric has held senior executive and management postions with UnitedHealthcare and Aetna. Eric's experience includes consulting for large employers in the design, fiancing, development and implemention of employee benfits plans. His experience includes developing and negotiating provider network contacts and heathcare service agreements on behalf of his clients.
